Want your order faster than standard free shipping in the domestic United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) you have the option to select expedited shipping methods with various shipping carriers this can be selected upon your check out and the expedited fees will be added to your total purchase. We are happy to offer all our Red Purse Customers free standard shipping in the domestic United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska)
Merchandise inspection: All merchandise is thoroughly inspected twice to ensure items to be free of defects or damage upon arrival at our warehouse. All items are re-inspected for defects, damage and verified to be the correct item as part of your order prior to packaging.
Security: Secure payments with SSL encryption.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied for applicable states during check out.
Shipping, Handling, Expedited Shipping & Free Standard Shipping: You can review the most current version of the shipping & handling and returns policy at any time at this page. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options, and or if you choose the shipping option. Depending on the shipping provider, and or if you choose the shipping option, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping & handling rates for many items we sell are based on destination and weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
You have the option to select expedited shipping method with various shipping carriers upon check out. The expedited shipping fees will be displayed and added to your total purchase. The shipping cost depends on the weight and destination. Delivery times will be posted on the expedited shipping details page.
We promise to ship your items out ASAP, and you may very well receive your order much sooner than the standard approximate times set here. Free standard shipping within the USA excluding Alaska & Hawaii, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the weight & destination. Free shipping is voided if you return items, free shipping applies to the continental US excluding Alaska and Hawaii, only if you keep the items. If approved for return in store credit that credit will be applied to your account deducting the voided free shipping cost to the applied credit.
You may very well receive your order much sooner than the standard approximate times set here. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for processing and delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse. If approved for return in store credit that credit will be applied to your account deducting the voided free shipping cost to the applied credit.
Cancel order: Once your order is placed, if you change your mind no problem you can cancel it. You have 6 hours to cancel it, once 6 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes to your order.
Order Validation for Shipping: All orders are subject to needing credit card authorization and address verification before they leave our warehouse. Please make sure you are providing us with a valid address to have your package delivered to. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to sender, you’ll be charged a fee to ship back to sender and a shipping and handling fee for us to re-ship your package back out to you with a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for these fees from the shipping carrier. We may email you to make sure all orders are legitimate to protect our customers and our company from fraudulently placed orders. You may expect this to happen if you place an order with us, or if you’re billing and shipping address do not match, we will not send out your order until we receive confirmation that the order was legitimately placed and is authorized by the cardholder. If your address shows an invalid address in our system or if you provide us with a PO Box address, we are not able to send to it. We will not send out your order until we receive a response.
Order Processing: All merchandise is thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. All items are re-inspected and verified as part of your order prior to packaging. This thorough inspection is for any defects, quality issues and correct item check. The Red Purse will do its very best to process your order ASAP. You may very likely receive your order much sooner than the standard approximations listed here. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM central standard time, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays. Please allow approximately 6 to 7 business days for processing, and delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse.
Delayed order: Additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and other clearance issues. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carrier issues, and or the peak shopping season, carrier services might need additional 5 to 10 business days to ship packages anywhere. Any sales and peak shopping times, processing times can be 10 to 15 business days. Orders are never processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays; we are out of the office. During any sales and peak shopping times processing times can be 7 to 10 business days.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. We will be shipping internationally soon. Please check back for the update on international shipping.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: The Red Purse, LLC is not responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost packages. Once orders are in the hands of the shipping carriers, we are no longer liable for the package we can only see tracking if provided by the carrier and cannot assist with any issues while in transit. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost you must contact us at customerservice@theredpurse.com, and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation. It can take up to 10 days to get a reply from the shipping carriers. Please make sure you are providing us with a valid safe address to have your packages delivered to so you can assure its arrival.
Returned to sender: We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to sender, you void the free shipping. You will be charged for all shipping fees. You may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense. If the item is returned to sender, you void the free shipping fees no exceptions. All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose not to get the item reshipped to you the ship fees are not refundable, and you may be issued a credit minus the shipping fees posted to your account. You may choose to provide us with a corrected address and request to re-ship again you will incur a shipping and handling fee from us to re-ship your package back out to you with a correct address no exceptions. We only ship out free if you keep the items. Shipping free in the domestic us, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, but if you the customer gave a bad address, and the package is returned to sender voids the free shipping. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible 100% for shipping to you and back to us. We cannot be held responsible for these fees from the shipping carrier, for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We cannot guarantee that your size or item will be in stock by the time you return it to us. Products come and go very quickly, and we cannot guarantee it being available. We do not offer exchanges. We have a limited selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly and we cannot guarantee it being available. We do not offer exchanges. Store credit, we only offer store credit, no refunds. Once you are issued your store credit it will expire in 1 year from the issue date. Credit cannot be converted to cash.

We will accept returns for defective or incorrect item only.
- If your product is defected or wrong item, we can immediately investigate sending you a new one. Please email us at customerservice@theredpurse.com in the subject line please note defective or wrong item with your order number, detailed description of defect or wrong item, a picture of the defect or wrong item and a picture of your invoice receipt with in 3 days of receiving your items including weekends all in the same email no exceptions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Notification must be received within 3 days including weekends or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return.
- Please note our return policy last seven days from its arrival date to you to get these items back to us for defective or wrong item. if seven days has gone by unfortunately, we can't offer you a credit or exchange. If your order is not returned before the 7 days your item becomes final sale. All approved returned items must be back to our warehouse within 7 days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 7 days will be denied. If the return is denied you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 14 days, it will be donated. All approved returned merchandise store credit will be minus any free shipping fees those fees are only free if you keep the item. if any items are returned due to incorrect or damage the original shipping fees that were free will be subtracted from your in-store credit. All approved returnable items may be returned for store credit only. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover return shipping costs; customers are responsible for returned shipping cost. We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Ship back using whichever method you prefer since you will be covering the shipping costs. You may want to purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
- Your return items are subject to inspection by The Red Purse, LLC customer service team. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used. All items must remain unwashed, unworn, free of any stains & odors, and with all original manufacturer’s tags, The Red Purse tags (Security, manufactures and vendor tags) attached, no exceptions. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not have original tags on it if items have been washed or worn or altered from its original condition in any way.
- Decision on return is based on the decision of The Red Purse, LLC customer service staff all items if passed inspection will be communicated to you via email for in-store credit if eligible. We reserve the right to reject any item that has been altered from its original condition in anyway. Credit cannot be converted into cash. Refunds will not be given, online store credit only with proof of purchase. Conditions under which we will accept returns defected or incorrect item only. No returns, exchanges on perishable items, goods that were damaged after purchase, customize goods, merchandise without its original packaging, and exchanges that cannot be made due to public health reasons hygienic reasons. Once your item is inspected and if approved you will be notified of credit via email. If the return is denied, you’ll need to call us to pay for it to be shipped back to you.

We do not issue refunds. We only issue in-store credit for defective or wrong items. Sale, clearance, final sale items are not returnable. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
